1. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: Our services are designed for families with children aged 6 months to 10 years. Parents or guardians must supervise children under 5 at all times.
  • Service Scope: We provide access to play areas, workshops, events, camps, and café services. All activities are subject to availability and capacity limits.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, disrupt operations, or engage in behavior that violates UAE laws or cultural norms.

2. Payments and Fees

  • Pricing: All fees for services (e.g., play access, birthday packages, camp registrations) are listed in AED and include applicable UAE taxes.
  • Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required for bookings of birthday parties, events, and camps, with the balance due one week prior. Daily activities require full payment upon arrival or online at the time of booking.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. However, remaining benefits can be used until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Liability and Safety

  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that activities like play and workshops involve inherent risks (e.g., minor injuries).
  • Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage to our property caused by you or your children. Repair costs will be charged to the responsible party.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for use at your own risk.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
  • Resolution Process: In case of disputes, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation before legal action.

6. Liability Waiver for Account Holders
